Service First
AEC Solutions' entire business structure is based upon our "service first" support structure. What service first means is that each and every employee or AEC representative that you speak with is dedicated to providing service first, all other services offered second. From our sales staff, throughout every dept, we are dedicated to ensuring your equipment is up and running as fast as possible. Instead of a technician leaving your office for parts needed, we dispatch the part to your office so our technician is on site until your equipment is running. AEC's sales staff and delivery team have been trained on the equipment basics so almost anyone from the company can help get you back up and running. AEC takes our dedication one step further by offering our "No Down Time" service, which is available to all clients with a service or an all in 1 contract. In the event your equipment needs serviced or you have a print job that requires more firepower to meet your deadline, you'll be glad you chose AEC for their "No Down Time" service. Notify AEC, and with a few clicks of you r mouse you are printing directly to our state of the art KIP9000 printers which are the worlds fastest @ 22 "D" size prints per minute. We will then deliver back to you or the location of you r choice to ensure your timeframe is met. IF your equipment is down, you will be able to keep printing to our facility before a technician has the time to drive to your location. This is all done without leaving your workstation. Consulting Services
Our experienced team will assist you in evaluating your current and future equipment, document imaging & overall document management requirements and make recommendations as to the solutions best suited for your company's needs and budget constraints. This will include gaining an understanding of current demands and workload and how they are managed plus understanding and respecting your environment. Solution recommendations are part of this process, however. we work with your staff to find the best possible solution, including our implementation plan and estimate to do so. This service is intended to maximize your efficiency while simultaneously lowering your bottom line.

Installation, Training, Support
Software products and networked digital systems are integrated into the customer's environment according to a schedule determined with the customer. After product installation, we provide the training necessary to ensure a through understanding of its function and features. This way, the customer can immediately take advantage of it without wasting any precious time. After 1 or weeks, we schedule follow up training which sets us apart from the rest. Unlike our competition who trains your staff at installation, we train both at installation & after your staff has had time to use the equipment and will most likely have a few questions that would not be remembered from the initial training session. Training and support are included for any client with a service or all in 1 solution contract.
