• NO DOWNTIME SERVICE - If your equipment goes down or you have a deadline that requires a little more fire power than your equipment can produce you'll be glad you chose the only solutions provider to offer this service. Simply notify us as you normally would when requesting service (phone or website). Within minutes you will be printing from your desktop to our Reprographics facility. Before your dispatched technician has time to drive to your office your printing on the worlds fastest wide format printer @ 22 "D" size prints per minute. Supply the local destination, and we will deliver your order upon completion. You may use this service until your equipment is up, your deadline order has been completed or as your own dedicated reprographics service . We only except work from our clients who have acquired equipment from us, so your job will never be on hold due to other customers jobs. Being an equipment reseller with our own service team allows us the ability to offer more production capability then any repro house. Best of all, this service is available at no additional cost to you, as if you printed it on your equipment.

• PAPER - How many times have you counted on your supplier to stock the paper you need only to find out tat it has been placed on back order. AEC understands that when you are out of stock, it is about the same as having your equipment down. AEC manufacturers their own line of paper allowing customers to request special sizes to be stocked ibn our warehouse. We order stock by the truckload (up to 40 pallets per order) & have two warehouses strategically located in the Vegas valley. Any specialty orders can be drop shipped overnight to your office by 10am the following morning if ordered before 1;45pm pst)

• SCHEDULED SUPPLY DELIVERIES & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE - AEC will set up scheduled deliveries on a recurring basis without you having to place an order, ensuring you are stocked up at all times. Our service team will contact you to schedule necessary upcoming "pm" service calls required to keep your equipment performing at its best. This is done to schedule at a time that is the most convenient to you. (KIP 8000's have gone over a million square feet without a single service call on a number of occasions, as long as the schedule preventative maintenance calls were performed.

• FREE ONSITE CUSTOMER DEMO (up to 15 days) - AEC will deliver one demo unit to your location, for you use with your documents, ensuring the equipment meets your expectations. Try it from 15 days at no cost or obligation to you.

• LENGTH OF JOB SITE LEASING - Customized Construction Package allowing you the ability to package with initial bid so your client pays from day you break ground until turnover or end of job. Equipment can stay with job trailer, so when trailer is sent to next job, equipment is already installed, but won't be billed until at next jobsite and AEC has installed on all workstations you request. If you decide not to continue program, you are only held responsible for first length of jobsite, regardless of time frame.

• CERTIFIED SERVICE FOR KIP, XEROX, OCE, HP, CANON & COLORTRAC - Certified and experienced on the equipment manufacturers listed above. Service contracts are available for any existing equipment you have, with or without supplies included. *Inquire for more details.

We dissolve the current lease and simply write a new deal as if the other one never existed. (No need to re-submit paper work, just sign new deal, as long as your payments have been on time, if not then approval may be required)
